There are only so many hours in the week and we can't fill it with everything we love. The biggest mistake people make is trying to fit in everything and either running out of time, getting stressed or sitting frustrated with the massive pile of tasks and activities to attend.
While I am generally fit and healthy now I spent a long time without exercise or diet of any kind other than soft drink and fast food.
