My main focus is on martial arts, fitness and diet however I am also able to help you with improving your social skills and identifying barriers in your life to remove.
I limit my number of clients so I can ensure they have my full attention when they need it. When I agree to help you rest assured that when I commit to times I will be focussed on you for the duration of the session.
I expect my clients to be open and honest with me, and I will be the same. Personal growth can't come if we can't be honest with ourselves.
